GORDI GPC – Organic:
Jordi offers the widest range of stationary phases for organic GPC. As a general rule, hydrophilic samples are best analyzed on our polar phases while hydrophopbic polymers should be analyzed on non-polar phases. Jordi have also introduced a series of revolutionary Fluorinated columns. The Teflon like surface chemistry of these gels allows for high speed GPC and reduced sample-column interaction.

DVB columns are prepared from 100% divinyl benzene as compared to the more common polystyrene divinyl benzene copolymer used by other manufacturers.

Normal Phase (NP):
Normal phase chromatography (NP) is a technique whereby compounds are separated by their polarity as opposed to their hydrophobicity as in RP. The development of NP was limited historically by poor run to run reproducibility due to long equilibration times on polar stationary phases. Jordi Labs has overcome this limitation through the development of robust polymeric packing materials. This enables separation of complex mixtures by functional group class.
Jordi NP DVB Glucose
NP DVB glucose columns enable the normal phase separation of a wide range of compounds based on their polarity.
Jordi NP DVB Polyamino
NP DVB Polyamino columns contain secondary amino groups which quaternize in acidic solutions allowing mixed mode ion exchange and normal phase separations.
Reverse Phase (RP):
Jordi RP columns represent over 30 years of continuous development effort and are some of the finest polymer based RP columns on the market today.
Jordi polymer based RP DVB resins are similar to phenyl silica phases but have greater retention. Compared with C18 silica phases they show significantly increased retention and different selectivity for many compounds. Jordi Fluorinated RP DVB columns are the exception to this rule with significantly lower retention resulting in elution of sample components at higher water concentrations.

DVB C18 columns are prepared by bonding octadecylamine to our 100% divinyl benzene polymer phase.

DVB Fluorinated RP columns have a pentafluorophenyl group attached to the surface of our 100% divinyl benzene packing.

Jordi Gel DVB Non Porous Fast Protein Analysis
Non porous resin columns allow the rapid analysis of peptides and proteins using gradients of water to acetonitrile containg .1% TFA.
