New Agilent Manual Syringes make volume identification quick and easy and help boost productivity along every step of your sample processing workflow.

That’s why Agilent is pleased to introduce a new line of syringes that are color-coded based on their maximum volume capacity.

Each of the manual syringes has a distinct color permanently bonded onto every glass barrel so you have the right volume every time, whether performing manual dilution, extraction, enhancement or sample preparation. The syringes also come with a convenient stand for safe storage and are delivered in environmentally-friendly, recyclable packaging.

The volume of the column is proportional to the internal diameter according to the formula (Length x π x (r)2) . A small change in the internal diameter has a significant change in the volume of a column. A reduced flow rate is employed with smaller ID columns to maintain the same linear velocity, the end result is the same resolution and analysis time.
