The event will be taking place at the Conway Institute, University College Dublin, on the 21st and 22nd November.
This is the 10th edition of this symposium, aimed at molecular biology and bioinformatics delegates, organised by and for PhD students.
Based on the success over the past nine editions, this years’ event is expecting over +100 attendees, from research students and academics.
Lab Unlimited will be present at the symposium, displaying a great selection of our Life Sciences product portfolio, as well as our partners' Canvax Biotech, worldwide leading expert in Molecular Biology and Solaris Biotech, market leading company in Bioreactors and Fermenters.
In addition to this, Lab Unlimited will also be showcasing the world's first mass flow controller for Bioreactors, from Alicat - leaders in mass flow controllers and flowmeter solutions.
With a great panel throughout the two days of the symposium, here's some of agenda highlights:
- Prof. Markus Aebi, (ETH Zürich), The making of N-glycoproteins
- Dr. Arthur Gilly, (Helmholtz Center, Munich), Whole-genome sequencing and complex trait association studies
- Prof. Ola Söderberg, (Uppsala University), DNA-based molecular tools for monitoring cell signaling
