FastCONTROL™ p2V-SEAP/ LUC-II Dual Reporter vector contains cytomegalovirus promoter (Pcmv) to drive the expression of both secreted embryonic alkaline phosphatase (SEAP) and Firefly Luciferase from Photinus pyralis (LUC).
