The unit includes one control unit and one bulk hopper with single fill point so it is quick and easy to set up and use. The bulk hopper has a capacity of over 150 litres so can operate for long periods without the need for operator intervention saving time and funds.

???Production: With a sorting rate of up to 22,000 per hour, and its ability to work around the clock, the SADE SP440 is capable of sorting 500,000 per 24 hour period.

R&D and Clinical Trials: Delivers 100% weight sorting and statistical analysis of clinical trial or development batches. The SADE SP is also ideal for the checking over encapsulation.

The unit retains all the versatility of our other SADE SP units so can handle a wide range of different shape and sizes which includes 00 size capsules. It is very simple to dismantle for cleaning and quick to set up for the next product. The unit is fitted with castors which can be raised for safe and easy mobility.

As a new feature we have included two accuracy settings, +/- 2mg and +/- 1mg offering high but flexible performance.

The SADE SP440 can be linked directly to a printer for detailed statistical reports. We also offer SP Connect for users wishing to link their SADE SP to a PC. SP Connect automatically saves statistical reports in secure files for long term storage. It can also transfer weight data, including individual weights, into an Excel spreadsheet for further analysis.
