Ham's F-12 Medium is a modification of the complex Ham's F-10 formula, containing amino acids, vitamins and trace elements at optimum concentrations. Originally it was developed for serum free culture of Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cells, primary Rat Hepatocyytes and Prostate Epithelial Cells.
