Automated Dosing System
This fully automated gravimetric dosing system for preparing Reference Materials in Analytical Testing combines the high accuracy from the Sartorious Cubis®individual balance, with the highly precise Hamilton ML600 Syringe Dispenser. With this unmatched system, preparing Reference Materials for analytical testing has never been easier, but more importantly, reliable, traceable & compliant.
The use of Reference Materials and Standards in analytical chemistry, as well as the Standard Operating Procedure chosen, are crucial to ensure that the achieved values are accurate and reliable.
The Q-App in the Cubis® allows you to start your Standard Preparation directly on your balance display. You can then select your compound and solvent from the Apps library and the balance will show the Standard Operating Procedure workflow. You don’t even need to worry about how much reference compound you need to weigh in, as the App will show you.
And that’s not all. The App will not only recalculate the volume of solvent that needs to be added to meet the target concentration, but will also automatically correct the density and temperature of the solvent, and automatically aspirates the exact volume of solvent (needed to add to the compound).
