The orbital shaker with a wide speed range ensures a homogeneous distribution of the media and is suitable for any shaking application in the laboratory. The device can be operated in continuous mode or using a timer (1 min to 999 h 59 min). If the "automatic restart" function is activated via the user-friendly menu structure, the device switches on again automatically after a power failure, for example, and the speed is increased to the last set value. Device control and semi-automated processes can be carried out remotely by connecting to a PC (via RS 232 interface) or via server-based software, e.g. Hei-PROCESS.
