Custom Media Solutions

At Lab Unlimited, we can offer manufacturing of custom designed solutions for cell culture media. BioConcept can offer the highest degree of flexibility and customisation. They are also extremely flexible with packaging whether it is bottles, bags or connecters and are always open to delivering the bags/connectors.

The strength and focus of BioConcept lies in manufacturing customised cell culture media as well as defined media for recombinant protein production. They offer the highest degree of flexibility and customization in as little as 7 weeks. BioConcept manufactures cell culture media, buffer solutions (e.g. washing buffers or chromatography buffers), supplements, and accessory reagents both as liquids and as powders.

The batch sizes range from 5 L to 5000 L for liquid products and 1 kg to 800 kg for powdered products. For liquid products containers from 1 ml to 500 L in size are available.

The custom designed specialities benefits include:
